"Order was mostly right, but one issue"
My order was mostly correct, but one of the items came in the wrong size. Not saying it’s a scam, but it was definitely frustrating to deal with when everything else seemed fine...

"A sweet little gift for my mom"
I ordered a bracelet for my mom’s birthday, and she ended up really liking it. The shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but it arrived within a reasonable time, so no complaints there. The box looked nice enough to give as a gift without needing to do much extra. Overall, I had a good experience and would probably order from them again...

"Refund took a little time, but it worked out"
I ordered a ring from palmbeachjewelry.com, and when it arrived, it just wasn’t really what I had in mind... so I decided to send it back.
The refund didn’t happen right away, and I did end up emailing them once to ask what was going on, which was a little frustrating. To be fair, customer support got back to me quickly and explained the timing.
A few days after that, the money showed back up on my card. So... not a perfect experience, but they did handle it in the end

"Promo deal changed at checkout"
I went in expecting the promo price that was advertised, but by the time I got to checkout it had changed. Frustrating, and it feels like something that could’ve been preventable with clearer pricing upfront.

"Honestly, I don’t think it was the real deal"
I’m not totally sure what I actually received, but the stones and metal just didn’t feel real to me. Maybe it’s just my experience, but stuff like this always ends up feeling sketchy when it looks better online than in person. I won’t be buying from here again

"Pretty ring, but it shows wear over time"
Not gonna lie, the ring I ordered from Palm Beach Jewelry looked really nice when I first got it, and I did get a few compliments on it. After wearing it for a few months though, the finish started to fade a bit and it scratched more easily than I expected. It’s still decent for the price, but I probably wouldn’t use it as an everyday ring.

"Looked better online than it did in person"
I ordered a bracelet from Palm Beach Jewelry, i was expecting it to feel a little more substantial based on the photos. It looked really online, but when it arrived, it was just okay and felt lighter and cheaper than I thought it would for the price.
Shipping was fine and I didn’t have any problems with the order itself, but overall it didn’t quite match what I had in mind. I don’t think I’d buy from them again unless there was a really good sale

"Looks way cheaper in person"
The bracelet looked way better in the pictures. When I got it, it was dull and had that fake, cheap look to it. Also, having to go through repeated verification just to deal with the order was really annoying. Overall, not impressed

I tried reaching out for help with my order, but the replies were super slow and barely gave me any useful info. it felt like nobody really cared about fixing the issue. Save your time and avoid the hassle, I won’t be buying from here again

"I found the website annoying to use..."
I found the website annoying to use. Pages took a while to load, checkout wasn’t very clear, and the search results didn’t seem to match what I was looking for half the time. It also kind of feels like there’s no real person behind it when something goes wrong, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.

"Why did shipping take so long??"
I waited almost two weeks for my order to show up, that was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but two weeks?? Still annoyed about it

"Wish the updates were a little clearer"
I ordered from PalmBeach Jewelry, and the biggest issue for me was the communication. I did get a few updates, but they were slow and didn’t really explain much, so I kept wondering if other people had the same experience or if it was just my order. I found myself checking the status on my own instead of feeling like I knew what was going on. The item did eventually arrive, which was good, but the update process was frustrating. Not terrible, but definitely could’ve been better

"Packaging felt kinda cheap"
I was a little disappointed when it showed up. The jewelry itself came in this super plain, flimsy packaging and it just didn’t feel giftable at all. For the price, I really expected it to look a bit nicer. Idk, it kinda made the whole order feel cheaper than it should’ve

"Looked nice at first, but the signs showed up fast"
I really wanted to like this ring because it looked in the photos, but after about a week I started noticing a pattern: the gold tone was rubbing off in spots, then the stone started feeling a little loose too. Once those little issues started adding up, it just felt cheap to me. For the price, I expected it to hold up better, so I’m disappointed...

"Delivery has been really frustrating"
My order was supposed to show up last week, and I’m still sitting here with nothing. The tracking barely updates, and every time I reach out to support, they basically just tell me to wait. I get that delays happen, but the lack of clear updates makes it so much worse. i’m really disappointed and probably won’t order from here again if this is what delivery is like.
